Here’s how to set up and use your Bud Tie:

1. TO INSTALL: Thread through one hole, wrap one turn*, thread out the other hole. Adjust to suit. The Bud Tie stays right on your cord and do not need to be removed during use. That way, it is always handy and ready for you!
2. TO WRAP UP: Wind the earbuds the long way. Wrap the rest of the cord the short way. Poke the prong into a hole or under the cord.
3. TO UNWIND: Unplug the prong and hold it, letting the Bud Tie drop and tumble open. The Bud Tie is designed to make unwrapping as quick and easy as possible.
4. Repeat.

*Pro Tip: If your cord is too long, each full wrap around the Bud Tie will “permanently” shorten it by two inches. Shortening the cord sometimes helps it from getting caught on your sleeve or elbow while you’re running, exercising or moving around.
